QA Manager

Position: QA Manager Hybrid Role

As a QA Manager, you will oversee the development and execution of testing strategies using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Your role requires collaboration with Development and internal teams for issue resolution and risk identification. You'll apply your project management skills to coordinate testing and ensure adherence to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with internal teams

• Manage QA projects and coordinate testing activities

• Build dashboards and produce status reports

• Ensure adherence to testing best practices and quality standards

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience with ALM, Q Test, Jira, Confluence

• Strong communication and reporting skills

• Solid understanding of agile methodologies

• Knowledge of automation testing and best practices

• Experience running large-scale programs
