Position: Manager Business Intelligence Hybrid Role
Lead Business Intelligence initiatives at CGIC with a hybrid work model. As a Manager, you'll empower teams using AI while promoting a culture of insights and analytics.
In this temporary full-time position, you will focus on developing your Business Intelligence team and aligning them with strategic workforce goals. Your expertise will lead team growth and maturity, ensuring projects are completed effectively and on time. This role is pivotal for influencing the AI domain within the PCIS sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, and mentor Business Intelligence team members

• Manage and oversee BI projects, addressing technical challenges

• Prioritize and modernize PCIS assets to enhance performance

• Facilitate the AI strategy to improve customer experience

• Ensure quality outcomes by adhering to established standards
Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years in Business Intelligence data warehousing

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in relevant fields

• Strong leadership and team development skills

• At least 2 years experience in P&C Insurance

• Proficient communication skills for technical concepts
