Gen-AI Education and Wealth Management Consultant

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The selected candidate will join the Training and Change Management team and will be involved in the following activities:

Digital and GenAI-based solutions development: design of digital tools and generative AI-based solutions that enhance financial and wealth advisory processes for financial intermediaries. Contribute to the definition of functional requirements, optimization of content, and creation of knowledge bases for advanced advisory platforms.
Consulting and training projects: participate in initiatives aimed at transforming the service models of financial intermediaries. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design training paths and learning solutions that foster the adoption of new technology and improve the effectiveness of advisory activities.
On-site or remote client support: provide support during project phases (analysis, design, and implementation), ensuring alignment between business objectives, operational models, and competency development strategies. Help promote innovative approaches to learning and collaboration.
Digital Learning Content Creation: design and produce digital learning assets and multimedia content to facilitate the adoption of new solutions and promote specialized skills within financial advisory teams

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related fields, with a solid financial background
Curiosity and strong motivation to learn, combined with analytical thinking and problem‑solving attitude
Previous experience of maximum 3 years (e.g., internship) in banks or consulting firms; experience in digital learning content creation is a plus
The ideal candidate will be expected to demonstrate a good understanding of how a bank operates, particularly within Wealth Management and advisory processes
Familiarity with digital tools and emerging AI-based solutions

SOFT SKILLS

Motivation to contribute to innovation and continuous improvement within the organization
Consulting‑oriented mindset, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
