Location: Southwestern Ontario
Technical Analyst Responsibilities
- Lead or support IS and business initiatives, managing timelines, stakeholder communication, and delivery.
- Manage and support financial systems, including setting up configurations, workflows, security, and integrations.
- Work with cross‑functional teams to identify key business drivers by analyzing business processes, progressive business ideas, technology implementations, and issues and their impacts.
- Develop strategies and recommendations, including business advantages and costs, implementation plans, and training plans.
- Work with business users to understand needs and process inefficiencies and identify improvements to workflows and processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders during validation and UAT, providing support to ensure solutions meet end‑user needs.
- Project manage and act as scrum master for smaller initiatives.
- Create technical documentation, configuration notes, and user training materials.
- Support release readiness activities, ensuring smooth deployment and adoption of new features.
- Handle system updates, patches, and enhancements while minimizing disruptions to day‑to‑day work.
- Minimum education level:
Bachelor’s degree. - Progressive IT experience with a focus on assessment, research, and analysis of business and system needs.
- Minimum 5 years of Workday Finance experience.
- Minimum 2 years of end‑to‑end Workday Finance implementation experience of various modules that include General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Billing.
- Minimum 2 years of experience with FDM, Work tags, BIRT, APIs, and exposure to Workday Studio.
- Agile and Waterfall methodology experience.
- Experience exploring alternative solution options and recommending technology solutions and designs that exceed business requirements.
- Certifications with Workday and solid years of practical hands‑on experience.
- Strong communication to bridge business and IT.

Hybrid Work Model- New hires required to work four (4) days in office per week during their first three (3) months of service. All remote work must be completed from your home office within the province of Ontario.
- After 3 months, new hires will be permitted to work two (2) days per week in our office and three (3) days working remotely.
