Coalition seeks a Document Support Engineer to support our innovative documents platform, focusing on crafting and maintaining insurance templates. This remote role is vital for ensuring document accuracy and usability.
As part of the Documents Platform team, you will collaborate with Software Engineers, Product Managers, and Underwriters to develop, optimize, and manage document templates. Your responsibilities will include debugging data-mapping issues and ensuring compliance in customer-facing documents. Strengthening your technical skills while contributing to project leadership presents an exciting growth opportunity in this flexible work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own document templates' lifecycle from design to maintenance
• Translate requirements into compliant templates
• Diagnose and resolve layout and logic issues
• Conduct testing and validation of document outputs
• Use Jira for managing document requests
Requirements:
• Comfort with programming languages like Python or Java Script
• Familiarity with HTML and templating technologies
• Strong organizational skills for managing multiple projects
• Attention to detail for high-quality documents
• Eagerness to learn and improve technical expertise
