Take on a transformative role as a Senior Technical Program Manager with our partner company, based remotely across Canada. This role focuses on steering engineering programs that integrate platform delivery, AI innovation, and cloud migration.
To excel, candidates should hold 6–10 years of experience in Technical Program Management within SaaS or AI settings. You will be responsible for end-to-end program execution and must ensure cross-team collaboration on delivery timelines. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical fluency and be adept at navigating complex and ambiguous environments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own end-to-end execution across varied engineering teams
• Manage sprint planning and cross-team dependency tracking
• Oversee delivery of core platform initiatives continually
• Establish structured engineering plans from architectural decisions
• Provide clear updates to leadership about risks and dependencies
Requirements:
• 6–10+ years in a similar Technical Program Management role
• Extensive experience with complex, multi-track engineering projects
