In this senior role, you'll architect solutions that drive performance and coherence across platforms in financial services, health, and public sectors. You’ll lead architecture governance, coach other team members, and design AI-enhanced evaluation frameworks while managing the integration of Salesforce services. Collaborating with various teams, you'll influence strategy and contribute to Slalom's capability growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead delivery across diverse strategic-tier engagements
• Architect Salesforce solutions, ensuring data sovereignty
• Coach delivery teams and foster innovation within practices
• Shape SOWs, architectural designs, and pricing strategies
• Participate in relevant industry events and forums
Requirements:
• 15+ years of solution delivery; 8+ as an architect
• Experience with Agentforce and Data 360 architecture
• Competence in integrating Salesforce technologies
• Strong knowledge of security and platform trust
• Salesforce certifications and relevant domain expertise
