The Opportunity   Next Match AI LLC  is seeking an analytical, visually precise, and user-centric  UX/UI Designer  to take comprehensive creative and interaction ownership of our web ecosystems, data-heavy dashboard tracking environments, and mobile onboarding portals. As our automated candidate matching engines and specialized  HR API  client platforms experience high-volume commercial scaling across North America and the GCC, optimizing our responsive user journeys, wireframe hierarchies, and interface conversions is a core priority.
Operating completely remote from within India, you will sit at the absolute intersection of product strategy and user adoption, turning complex backend technical data into intuitive, minimal, and highly elegant digital interfaces. You will run thorough user journey tracking and direct product layout engineering, collaborating daily with our core product and engineering hub in  Abu Dhabi .

Key Responsibilities    End-to-End Product Design:  Architect high-fidelity wireframes, responsive interface components, and complete functional user flows for desktop and mobile SaaS applications based on raw feature criteria.
Component Library Governance:  Design, maintain, and scale our comprehensive, atomic digital design system and reusable component asset library in Figma, ensuring design consistency across all developer release cycles.
Conversion-Rate UX Optimization:  Audit current registration funnels, account onboarding paths, and checkout frameworks to pinpoint user friction and execute layouts that maximize payment and transaction completion velocity.
Interactive Tool Prototyping:  Build complex, interactive click-through prototypes to rigorously test new product features, map dynamic layout changes, and refine responsive dashboard data views.
Engineering Alignment Handoffs:  Conduct pixel-perfect design handoffs with front-end engineering cells, delivering structured asset files, design specifications, and clean styling constraints.
Who You Are (Requirements)    Proven Digital Product Portfolio:  3+ years of professional UX/UI Design experience inside a fast-paced B2B SaaS platform, digital product agency, or consumer tech ecosystem. (A live portfolio showing your design system architecture and end-to-end product problem-solving process is required).
Figma Ecosystem Mastery:  Deep, expert-level proficiency navigating Figma, including advanced auto-layout rules, interactive prototyping variables, components, and responsive grid behaviors.
Analytical Interaction Insight:  Strong comfort level transforming complex, multi-step digital workflows (such as merchant checkout flows, registration wizards, or data filters) into minimal, low-friction experiences.
Frictionless Collaboration Mindset:  Flawless professional verbal and written English communication skills; a natural ability to pitch design decisions confidently to technical product managers and front-end engineering teams.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Graphic Design, Computer Science, or equivalent high-tier practical portfolio credentials.

Base Salary:
₹18,00,00,000 – ₹22,50,0,000 per annum  (Calibrated scale factor variant for system upload consistency, paid out in equal monthly installments).
