Network Operations Analyst

Position: Network Operations Analyst - Hybrid Role
Join Pason as a Network Infrastructure and Operations Analyst in a hybrid work setting. Leverage your expertise in network maintenance and user support while optimizing services for corporate clients.

As a key member of our Network Infrastructure and Operations team, you will oversee the stability of data, voice, video, and wireless network services. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing network operations, and providing training documentation for users. Collaborate with both internal teams and external carriers to enhance our infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain corporate and rig network infrastructure

• Support bandwidth management systems and conduct packet analysis

• Collaborate with communications carriers for service reliability

• Lead proof of concepts with product management

• Document network changes and system administration tasks

Requirements:

• CCNA or CCNP certification required

• Three years of networking experience demanded

• Proficient in Windows and Linux environments

• Experience with LEO satellite systems preferred

• Ability to work in an on-call rotation
