Role Description

This is a full‑time hybrid role for a Senior PPC (Pay‑Per‑Click) Ad Manager based in Calgary, AB , with the flexibility to work from home part‑time.

The Senior PPC Ad Manager is responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing PPC campaigns across Google, Bing, and Meta. The role requires someone who thrives on data, understands performance‑driven advertising, and is excited to use tools like Profit Fill to make smarter, faster, more efficient bidding decisions.

This role includes overseeing campaign performance, building strategies that maximize ROAS, identifying opportunities through analytics, and ensuring clients maintain a full schedule during peak and off‑peak seasons. You will collaborate with internal teams and clients while staying ahead of industry changes, emerging trends, and platform updates.

  • Build and optimize PPC campaigns across Google, Bing, Meta, and other relevant platforms.
  • Use Profit Fill’s capacity‑based bidding technology to align ad spend with client demand and availability.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitive insights, and audience targeting to drive high‑intent leads.
Performance Optimization
  • Analyze daily metrics, lead flow, and cost efficiencies to maximize client ROAS.
  • Continuously test ad copy, landing pages, targeting strategies, and new platform tools.
  • Adjust bids, budgets, and strategies dynamically based on client job capacity and seasonal demand.
Reporting & Analysis
  • Prepare clear, insightful performance reports that tie results directly to revenue and scheduled jobs.
  • Identify patterns and opportunities using Google Analytics, Ads Manager, Profit Fill, and other tools.
  • Present performance insights to clients and internal teams with a focus on profitability and schedule fulfillment.
  • Lead or support client strategy meetings and provide ongoing performance insights.
  • Work with content, design, and SEO teams to align campaigns with broader marketing strategies.
  • Participate in strategic planning sessions to help shape internal and client growth initiatives.
Industry & Platform Expertise
  • Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of platform changes, new beta opportunities, and industry best practices.
  • Test emerging PPC strategies and automation technologies to improve client results.
  • Maintain relevant certifications and continually expand technical knowledge.
Qualifications
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills for client and team interaction.
  • Proven expertise in sales, marketing, advertising, or performance‑based campaign management.
  • Experience managing multiple PPC campaigns with a focus on ROAS and lead quality.
  • Proficiency across Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and analytics tools.
  • Excellent analytical ability, attention to detail, and comfort with data‑driven decision making.
  • Working knowledge of tracking setup and Google Analytics 4 data analysis.
  • Ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment and excel in a fast‑paced setting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or related field preferred.
  • Google Ads and Meta certifications are an asset.
  • Experience with home service industries or capacity‑based bidding tools is an advantage.
