Enhance your career with our national retail client as an Integration and Applications Specialist. This hybrid position in Surrey focuses on supporting Microsoft Cloud applications and driving system integrations.
Our client is looking for an Integration and Applications Specialist to enhance IT capabilities across their operations. The role requires 3-6 years in IT or application support and proficiency with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Power Automate. You will play a critical role in maintaining system reliability and user experience while working with internal teams and franchise partners.
Key Responsibilities- Provide application support to internal teams and franchise partners
- Maintain and enhance API and EDI data integrations
- Contribute to the development of web-based tools
- Support automation and AI‑enabled tool implementations
- Collaborate with stakeholders for system improvements
- 3-6 years in IT support or systems integration roles
- Proficient in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Teams
- Experience with Power Shell, Python, or Bash scripting
- Practical knowledge of APIs and integrations
- Bilingual in English and French is a plus
