In this role, you will facilitate client interactions, addressing product queries and improving support processes within a collaborative team structure. Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year in Technical Support or Customer Service
• Ability to simplify complex technical information
• Strong focus on detail and organization of tasks

• Familiarity with email platforms and support tools
