Position: Clio Senior Consultant for Legal Workflows
Transform the legal industry as a Senior Workflow Consultant with Clio, focusing on enhancing customer interactions and workflow efficiency. This role allows remote work across Canada, excluding Quebec.
As part of the Professional Services team, you will deliver tailored workflow consulting services, ensuring seamless software integration for legal professionals. Your legal experience will enhance customer satisfaction by identifying improvement areas and providing insightful recommendations. Collaborate closely with clients to drive adoption of Clio's advanced AI functionalities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess current workflows and recommend enhancements

• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce of customer data

• Collaborate with customers through implementation phases

• Design efficient document generation processes

• Act as a trusted advisor throughout customer journeys
Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in workflow strategy execution

• 2+ years in legal practice or paralegal experience

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline

• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills

• Innovative thinking for optimizing workflows
