Position: Citrix Technical Specialist - Hybrid Role
Join the ICBC team as a Technical Specialist focused on Citrix support in Kelowna, British Columbia. In this hybrid role, you’ll maintain and manage critical Citrix services while providing expert troubleshooting.
This position requires technical expertise in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops. You will act as the primary point of contact for Citrix-related issues and collaborate with multiple teams for effective solution delivery. A robust understanding of virtual application servers and system audits is essential for maintaining high service availability.

Key Responsibilities:
