We are seeking an experienced  Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM Consultant  to join a global Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation program. This role will be responsible for leading the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of Oracle Project Portfolio Management (PPM) Cloud solutions across multiple business units and geographies.
The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, finance teams, and technical teams to deliver scalable and efficient project management, project financial management, resource management, and portfolio management processes within Oracle Fusion Cloud.
This position requires strong experience delivering  Oracle Fusion PPM integrated with Oracle ERP Cloud modules , particularly Financials and Procurement, to support end-to-end project and financial management processes.
The consultant will play a key role in driving solution design, best practices, process improvement, and successful adoption of Oracle PPM capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
Lead functional workshops to gather and document business requirements.
Design and implement Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM solutions aligned with business objectives and industry best practices.
Configure and support key Oracle PPM Cloud modules, including:
Project Financial Management
Project Execution Management
Resource Management
Project Performance Management
Portfolio Management
Define end-to-end project lifecycle processes from project creation through execution, capitalization, billing, revenue recognition, and financial reporting.
Collaborate with Finance, PMO, HR, Procurement, and IT teams to ensure integrated business processes.
Work closely with technical teams on inbound and outbound integrations between Oracle PPM, Oracle ERP Cloud modules, and third-party applications.
Support data migration activities, including mapping, validation, reconciliation, and data quality reviews.
Develop functional design documents, configuration workbooks, process flows, test scripts, and training materials.
Execute system testing activities, including SIT, UAT, regression testing, and defect resolution.
Provide guidance on Oracle Cloud best practices and recommend process improvements.
Support deployment activities, hypercare, and post-go-live optimization.
Assist with change management, user training, and knowledge transfer activities.
Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Required Experience
5+ years of hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM experience.
Proven experience delivering at least two full-cycle Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations.
Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Project Portfolio Management (PPM) Cloud.
Demonstrated experience implementing and supporting Oracle PPM integrated with Oracle Financials and Procurement Cloud.
Experience configuring and supporting:
Project Costing
Project Billing
Project Contracts
Project Control
Project Resource Management
Project Performance Reporting
Portfolio Management
Strong understanding of project accounting principles, project costing, revenue recognition, and project financial processes.
Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into functional solutions.
Experience supporting global or multi-country implementations.
Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
Ability to troubleshoot complex functional issues and identify practical solutions.

Preferred Experience

Experience with Oracle ERP Cloud modules, including:
Financials
Procurement
Human Capital Management (HCM)
Enterprise Performance Management (EPM)
Experience working with Oracle Cloud integrations using:
Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
REST APIs
FBDI
HDL
Knowledge of Agile and hybrid project delivery methodologies.

Experience with in professional services, engineering, construction, technology, manufacturing, or consulting environments.
Oracle Cloud certifications in PPM and/or ERP Cloud.

Work Environment
Fully remote position within the United States.
Limited travel may be required based on client needs, project milestones, or key workshops.
