In this role at Genesys, you will leverage your 5-8 years of Salesforce development experience, focusing on core CRM and CPQ platforms. Engage with Technical Leads and Business Systems Analysts to ensure effective translation of business requirements into technical solutions. Your primary goal is to ensure seamless integrations while maintaining data integrity and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop Salesforce solutions, including custom objects and integrations
• Collaborate to translate business requirements into technical deliverables
• Maintain and support Salesforce integrations with enterprise systems
• Participate in code reviews and system testing initiatives
• Address production issues through troubleshooting and debugging
Requirements:
• 5-8 years of Salesforce development experience
• Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components
• Experience with integration patterns and middleware
• Solid understanding of Salesforce’s data model and security
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
