As a Senior Scrum Master III, you will guide Agile practices for Salesforce implementations within the healthcare sector. You'll oversee project sprints, facilitate critical Scrum ceremonies, and ensure effective coordination among diverse teams to achieve successful healthcare transformations under the Department of Health.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate sprint planning and daily stand-ups effectively

• Drive continuous improvement and Agile best practices

• Coordinate UAT planning and minimize release risks

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline

• Minimum 3 years of Agile delivery experience

• Valid Scrum certification from an accredited institution
