Remote Senior Microsoft Fabric Architect

Elevate enterprise modernization efforts as a Senior Microsoft Fabric Architect with Skyridge Corporation. Work remotely across Canada while delivering scalable data architecture and analytics solutions.

This full-time contract role supports a crucial initiative for the Government of Alberta. Ideal candidates will possess deep expertise in Microsoft Fabric environments, creating data pathways, and enhancing Power BI performance. Collaboration with non-technical stakeholders and end-to-end data governance are key aspects of this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement Microsoft Fabric environments

• Architect end-to-end data pipelines and dataflows

• Develop Power BI dashboards with strong UX focus

• Implement Medallion Architecture for data structuring

• Define and enforce data governance frameworks

Requirements:

• Microsoft Certifications in Fabric Analytics/Data Engineering

• Degree in Computer Science, Math, or Statistics

• 5+ years of Power BI experience including DAX and Power Query

• 3+ years in Microsoft Fabric environments

• Proven ETL/ELT pipeline design experience
