Stryker is seeking an Intelligent Automation Developer to design and implement automation solutions supporting Customer Experience. This hybrid position requires on-site presence in Waterdown, Ontario at least two days weekly.
You will be a key contributor responsible for end-to-end delivery, deployment, and operational support of automation solutions. This role combines robotic process automation (RPA) with low-code and AI technologies. The focus is on streamlining business processes while aligning with Canadian operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop intelligent automation solutions using RPA and low-code
• Build workflow-based automations to enhance process efficiency
• Create user interfaces that streamline business workflows
• Implement AI-assisted patterns where governed
• Integrate automations with enterprise applications and cloud services
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in a related field
• 4+ years in intelligent automation or RPA development
• Experience with Microsoft Azure automation solutions
• Knowledge of UiPath or Microsoft Power Platform preferred
• Bilingual (French) is an asset
