We’re hiring a Systems Administrator Team Lead to lead our Systems Team, responsible for reliable, secure, and scalable operations across IT, cloud/server infrastructure, hosting platforms, and Live Production Support (LPS). You’ll combine hands‑on systems administration and platform engineering with people leadership—setting priorities, improving processes, and ensuring strong service delivery and operational excellence.

• Lead a small, sharp Systems team
• Run agile workflows. Keep work moving and priorities clear
• Own IT operations. Access, endpoints, processes, documentation
• Drive security practices. Patching, access control, incident readiness
• Manage AWS, servers (Windows & Linux), and infrastructure
• Oversee hosting platforms (Plesk, Word Press)
• Improve automation, Dev Ops, and deployment workflows
• Strengthen uptime, monitoring, and disaster recovery
• Participate in on‑call and support production when it matters

We’re looking for someone who:

• Takes ownership and follows through
• Stays calm under pressure and solves problems
• Knows how to lead without over complicating things
• Balances technical depth with practical decision‑making

• Experience leading a small technical team
• Strong systems admin background (Windows + Linux)
• Solid AWS experience (IAM, networking, compute, storage)
• Exposure to Dev Ops practices and Git workflows
• Experience with hosting environments (Plesk, Word Press)
• Comfort with incident response and on‑call environments

CAD $90,000 - $130,000 annually, plus benefits.
