SAP Client Delivery Manager Remote

Position: SAP Client Delivery Manager Remote Role
Lead customer engagement as the ECS & SAP Client Delivery Manager in a remote setting. Your primary focus will be on driving customer satisfaction and managing critical SAP cloud journeys.

In this contract role, you will serve as the main contact for SAP's private cloud customers, overseeing offerings such as RISE with SAP S/4

HANA Cloud and HANA Enterprise Cloud. Your responsibilities will include aligning with clients, managing stakeholders, and ensuring smooth project operations. You will also be crucial in fostering relationships and addressing any engagements that require de-escalation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and review services based on customer requirements

• Manage day-to-day operations and support projects

• Handle commercial account management and enhance satisfaction

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

• 2+ years in a customer-facing cloud or IT role

• Strong presentation and communication skills

• Positive understanding of SAP's cloud landscape

• Proactive problem-solving attitude
