Business Systems Analyst

Position: Business Systems Analyst Hybrid Role
Transform business strategies as a Business Systems Analyst in a hybrid role with AIR MILES located in Toronto. Apply your Service Now knowledge to enhance operational processes and efficiencies.

You will engage with stakeholders to define requirements and manage the Service Now enhancement backlog, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. With 5–7 years of business analysis experience, you will also facilitate meetings, support UAT, and develop insightful reports to drive decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Investigate and document business requirements for technology solutions

• Collaborate with Service Now developers on project implementations

• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and backlog reviews

• Conduct data analysis and create process maps

• Support quality assurance and deployment coordination

Requirements:

• 5–7 years of business analysis experience

• Familiarity with Service Now modules and functionalities

• Advanced Excel and reporting tool skills, including Power BI

• Strong abilities in process documentation and workflow mapping

• Excellent collaboration and problem-solving expertise
