Scrum Master II Position Hybrid

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee program-level goals with multiple teams

• Lead Agile ceremonies and PI Planning effectively

• Coach Scrum Masters to promote continuous improvement

• Manage and coordinate inter-team dependencies

• Utilize Agile metrics to track program health

Requirements:

• 6+ years in Agile methodologies and project management

• Strong skills in Jira and reporting tools

• Knowledge of AI-enabled Agile tools is a plus

• Experience in mentoring Scrum Masters

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
