We are seeking an experienced contractor to support a strategic migration project involving the transition of Nintex-based workflows from on-premises SharePoint environments to cloud-based SharePoint Online solutions leveraging Power Apps and related Microsoft 365 technologies. This role requires a versatile professional who can combine quality assurance discipline, project coordination, and strong stakeholder engagement capabilities to help drive successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities Project Management & Coordination
  • Support end-to-end delivery of the migration project, including planning, scheduling, tracking milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Coordinate activities across business stakeholders, technical teams, developers, and vendors.
  • Maintain project documentation, status reporting, action logs, and governance updates.
  • Ensure deliverables remain on track with agreed timelines and priorities.
Business Engagement
  • Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to gather requirements, clarify workflows, and validate business needs.
  • Facilitate workshops, meetings, and user discussions related to process redesign and workflow modernization.
  • Manage stakeholder communications and provide regular updates on progress, impacts, and readiness activities.
  • Support change management and user adoption efforts.
Quality Assurance / Testing
  • Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and user acceptance testing (UAT) strategies for migrated workflows and Power Apps solutions.
  • Validate functionality, data integrity, permissions, and process outcomes post-migration.
  • Track defects, coordinate remediation, and verify successful resolution.
  • Ensure solutions meet business requirements and quality standards prior to production release.
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a hybrid QA, PM, Business Analyst, or Delivery role on enterprise technology projects.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft SharePoint (on-prem and/or SharePoint Online).
  • Experience supporting workflow migrations involving Nintex, Microsoft Power Apps, and Microsoft 365.
  • Strong understanding of testing methodologies, UAT processes, and defect management.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple work streams simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Automate.
  • Familiarity with SharePoint permissions, forms, document workflows, and governance.
  • Experience in migration, transformation, or modernization programs.
  • PMP, Scrum, CBAP, or QA certification is an asset.
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform side-by-side analysis of legacy vs. converted SharePoint applications to identify gaps.
  • Translate findings into well-defined defects, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Facilitate client demos and feedback sessions on migrated SharePoint sites.
  • Capture business feedback and convert it into actionable items for the delivery team.
  • Build and manage project plans, timelines, and schedules.
  • Lead stakeholder calls across business and technical teams.
  • Track progress, risks, and ensure alignment with delivery goals.
Required Experience
  • Experience in PM, QA, or Business Analysis roles within consulting or project environments.
  • Strong familiarity with SharePoint and workflow-driven applications.
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholders and client communications.
  • Strong documentation skills (requirements, defects, test cases).
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, deadline-driven consulting engagement.
