Our client seeks a hands-on Senior Manager in Contracts Management to lead the Enterprise Platform Services function. The role includes reviewing and negotiating contracts, vendor engagement, and serving as the primary contact for technology agreements. A robust background in IT contract management is essential for ensuring compliance and supporting infrastructure-related initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, and Service Agreements

• Negotiate and execute technology-related contracts

• Facilitate contract discussions with stakeholders and vendors

• Oversee contract life cycles and vendor evaluations

• Identify cost-saving and process improvement strategies
Requirements:

• Experience with technology contracts and vendor management

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial principles

• Background in large enterprise environments

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
