Job Summary:
Oversees the Data & Analytics Function
- Stays up-to-date on all software applications used by Fit4
Less and the data stored in or generated by those systems. - Provides vision, oversight, and execution of all reporting, dashboards, and data transformation efforts.
- Owns the architecture and optimization of the Tableau Online ecosystem.
- Oversees and prioritizes data projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Acts as a consultant and subject matter expert for other departments (primarily finance) when troubleshooting failures in data pipelines or application integrations.
- Finds novel solutions and workarounds to the data/system/process shortcomings identified above in order to deliver reporting and analysis that supports critical decision making in a timely manner.
- Preserves detailed logs of client problems, solutions, and customer satisfaction
Manages direct reports and the people requirements of each Department/Team using provided tools and resources to ensure the successful execution of all key responsibilities and tasks, retention of great talent, and high Associate engagement.
- Facilitates recruitment of direct reports to ensure adequate resourcing based on approved Department/Team budget.
- Leads the onboarding, coaching, learning, development, and performance management of all direct reports to ensure a positive and safe working experience.
Oversees End-to-End Report Migration and Automation
- Rebuilds workflows to improve scalability and automation.
- Designs data pipelines and validation processes to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Drives continuous improvement in reporting efficiency and accessibility.
Partners with Business Leaders to deliver insights and provide a summary of proposed changes as an internal subject matter expert. Fulfills urgent requests, maintaining professionalism in high-pressure situations.
- Communicates findings and assumptions in a way that is easy to understand.
- Translates stakeholder needs into actionable insights and data strategies.
- Collaborates cross-functionally to identify KPIs and performance levers used to describe and measure business performance.
- Communicates complex analyses through clear and concise narratives and visualizations that translate appropriately for the intended audience(s).
- Fosters a culture of member-centricity and data-driven decision-making across the brand.
- By embedding data-driven insights into strategic planning, this role helps prioritize initiatives with the highest business impact and ensures alignment across departments.
- Leads creation or update various IT/finance documentation as necessary
- Promotes data literacy across departments.
Upholds Data Governance and Quality Standards (including financial industry standards)
- Ensures high standards of data integrity, privacy, and compliance.
- Uses appropriate statistical techniques to accurately answer business questions.
- Develops and enforces policies for secure access, cleansing, and storage of data.

Less Candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, or equivalent related field 5+ years in IT project coordination, technology implementation, or technical operations.
- 3 + years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence, including 1+ year of informal leadership or project ownership
- Soft skills for working with other people
- Intermediate problem-solving abilities
- Intermediate knowledge of data manipulation and visualization tools such as Tableau (Online), SQL
- Strong understanding of technology architecture and system integration
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and a strong sense of visual design
- Demonstrated experience with reporting automation and dashboard optimization
- Strong interpersonal and project management skills
Compensation:
It is expected that the selected candidate will start at a base salary of $78,000. This position is eligible for bonuses in addition to the base salary. The annual range of expected compensation for the position is $78,000 - $110,000 determined by performance, time in the position and variable compensation earned.This job posting is for an existing vacancy.
