In this fully remote role within the Auto Sync team, you’ll manage client accounts for over 3,500 Canadian dealerships. Utilize your expertise in digital marketing, SEO, and CRM to create impactful strategies. Your responsibilities will include performance reviews, client training, and technical support, ensuring clients achieve their marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop digital marketing strategies tailored to client goals
• Conduct regular performance reviews to strengthen client relationships
• Identify growth opportunities to enhance product adoption
• Provide training and resolve client issues effectively
• Collaborate with sales and management teams for alignment
Requirements:
• 4+ years in digital marketing with a focus on advertising
• 2+ years of experience in customer success
• Strong knowledge of Google Analytics 4
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Automotive industry experience preferred
