Drive decision-making through insightful data analysis as a People Science Analyst. Work remotely to turn complex analytics into compelling narratives within our People & Culture team.

Your role will revolve around the interpretation of workforce data, providing recommendations that impact strategic planning. This position emphasizes collaboration and effective communication, as you work to simplify jargon-heavy statistical outputs for leadership. You'll need strong skills in data manipulation and analysis tools like SQL or Python.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with team members as an analytics consultant

• Handle datasets to create meaningful insights

• Build and implement predictive analytics models

• Communicate complex data analyses in actionable terms

• Create scalable data products with dbt/Snowflake

Requirements:

• Proven track record in people analytics or relevant field

• Proficiency in SQL and data pipeline creation

• Collaborative experience with HR or Finance sectors

• Excellent storytelling capabilities for diverse audiences

• Strong organizational skills managing various projects
