Your missions?

• Collect, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements from business stakeholders in the connectivity and IoT domain.

• Act as the liaison between business units and technical/development teams throughout the project lifecycle.

• Participate in the definition and monitoring of IoT and connectivity solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals.

• Create and maintain functional documentation, including user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.

• Support project management activities: planning, follow-up on deliverables, and reporting to stakeholders.

• Contribute to testing and validation phases, ensuring solutions meet defined requirements.

• Identify areas for process improvement and propose innovative solutions within the connectivity ecosystem.

• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives).

Your profile ?

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• 2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant in connectivity, IoT, or digital transformation projects.

• Strong knowledge of IoT architecture concepts and connectivity protocols (MQTT, REST APIs, HTTP, etc.).

• Experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and writing functional specifications, with familiarity with Agile/Scrum and tools such as Jira or Confluence.

• Fluent in English, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to bridge technical and business teams; based in or able to work from Barcelona.
Nice to have:

• Additional languages and previous experience in international or multi-country IoT programs would be a plus.

Compensation & Pay Transparency

• Gross Annual Salary (Range: EUR 26000– EUR 50000).

• Applicable local collective agreement/benefits scheme according to location and role.
