Pason's Drilling Management Apps team is seeking a Software Development Analyst to manage escalated field support requests and enhance client satisfaction. You’ll employ strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex customer challenges related to Data Hub. Working closely with Account Managers, Product Managers, and the Site Reliability Team, you will ensure comprehensive support across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor Data Hub Tier 3 support requests from Support Services
• Utilize software tools for remote diagnosis of issues
• Recommend changes to reduce customer impact
• Maintain logs and metrics on field issues
• Develop and maintain software features and utilities
Requirements:
• 1 year of software development experience
• Proficiency in MySQL, ReactJS, Python, and Linux
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Ability to work flexible hours in a 24/7 support role
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering
Provide outstanding support and drive solutions while working with Pason’s sophisticated Data Hub technology.
