Join our team as a Pega L3 Support Engineer in Toronto’s hybrid setting. Bring your in-depth knowledge of incident management and troubleshooting to support critical production applications effectively.
With 6–8 years of experience, you’ll play a crucial role in managing L3 production incidents and performing root cause analysis. This position requires a strong foundation in the Pega Platform and related technologies such as Java and Spring Boot, as well as proficiency in monitoring tools like Splunk, Dynatrace, and Data Dog.
Key Responsibilities:
• Resolve L3 incidents within defined SLAs
• Troubleshoot across integrations and database layers
• Perform log analysis using Splunk
• Monitor application health with Dynatrace
• Maintain comprehensive support documentation
Requirements:
• 6–8 years in Pega production support
• Proficient in Java and Spring Boot
• Experience with Splunk, Dynatrace, and Data Dog
• Knowledge of Service Now and JIRA
• KYC applications experience preferred
