In this senior role, you will be responsible for Tier 2 support and lead the efforts to improve IT support processes. Collaborating with junior technicians, you will share knowledge and best practices while guiding them. Your ability to manage resources and maintain IT asset documentation will be crucial to your success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist end-users with troubleshooting technology issues
• Oversee IT asset lifecycle management
• Create SOPs and knowledge base articles
• Configure new systems and support client configurations
• Participate in on-call rotations to resolve urgent issues
Requirements:
• A minimum of 4-5 years of relevant experience
• Advanced troubleshooting skills in hardware and software
• Strong interpersonal skills for customer interactions
• Knowledge of Apple and Android devices
• Willingness to lift heavy equipment when necessary
