What you will do

The IT Manager is a senior leadership role responsible for the planning, execution, and governance of all technology projects and IT operations across the organization. This position plays a critical role in driving digital transformation through structured project delivery, ensuring that technology initiatives are aligned with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and operational priorities.

The IT Manager leads the delivery of enterprise system implementations, automation initiatives, and data-driven solutions. This includes oversight of ERP systems, integrations, analytics platforms, and emerging technologies that enhance operational efficiency and compliance. The role requires a strong focus on project management discipline, ensuring all initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and with measurable business outcomes. Acting as the primary interface between business units, regulatory stakeholders, and technology providers, the IT Manager ensures that IT investments are effectively translated into impactful, sustainable solutions.

This role operates in a hybrid work environment, with a combination of office and remote work. Occasional after‑hours support may be required to support project deployments or critical system events, and periodic travel to operational sites as necessary. The IT Manager reports directly to the President and has the IT Coordinator as a direct report.

Project Management & Delivery
  • Lead the full lifecycle of IT projects, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
  • Establish and enforce project governance frameworks, including risk management, issue tracking, and change control processes.
  • Manage a portfolio of concurrent IT initiatives, prioritizing based on business impact and resource availability.
  • Provide structured reporting to leadership on project status, milestones, risks, and outcomes.
  • Ensure successful delivery of projects within defined timelines, budgets, and performance expectations.
  • Develop and maintain a multi-year IT roadmap aligned with organizational strategy and operational needs.
  • Translate strategic objectives into actionable programs and projects.
  • Lead large-scale transformation initiatives, including system modernization and platform upgrades.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and incorporate them into project planning where appropriate.
  • Oversee the implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of ERP and enterprise systems.
  • Lead ERP-related projects, including system upgrades, integrations, and workflow optimization.
  • Ensure systems support operational efficiency, data accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
