Lead Apollo.io's Security Operations as a hands-on manager in a fully remote role. Drive incident response, enhance security processes, and cultivate a high-performance team.
As a Security Operations Manager , you'll blend strong leadership with technical expertise to oversee all security incidents and investigations. In this fully remote position, you will manage cross-functional collaboration while developing a high-performing Security Operations team. Your focus will be on improving processes and implementing advanced detection strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end Security Operations processes

• Act as senior incident leader for high-severity incidents

• Lead complex security investigations across various platforms

• Define and evolve SIEM strategy and detection use cases

• Drive automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
Requirements:

• 5+ years in Security Operations or Incident Response

• Last 2+ years in people management

• Strong experience with SIEM platforms

• Proficiency in Python, familiarity with Ruby

• Excellent communication and leadership skills
