Hybrid work – must work both in person and remotely.

$100,000 to $130,000 per year (pending negotiation) / 35 to 40 hours per week.

Permanent, full‑time employment with flexible hours.

Start date:

as soon as possible.

• Respond to users experiencing difficulties with computer equipment.
• Consult user guides, technical manuals and other documents to research and implement solutions.
• Provide advice and training to users in response to identified difficulties.
• Collect, organize and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts.
• Participate in the redesign of applications and other software.
• Supervise other technical support workers in the group.
• Provide business systems, network and Internet support to users.
• Set up equipment for employee use, ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems and software.
• Provide customer service and manage incidents.

• No degree, certificate or diploma required.
• 3 to less than 5 years of experience in a technical support or related field.
• English proficiency; knowledge of French is an asset.
