As a Business Intelligence Manager within the Client Analytics group at CGIC, you will oversee critical projects and lead your team to enhance data and analytics capabilities. Your expertise will guide effective governance of client information assets, ensuring data integrity while fostering team development. This strategic role requires a blend of data expertise and leadership skills to meet operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop high-performing teams through recruitment and coaching

• Provide mentorship in analytics and data management

• Own governance of client information assets for integrity

• Lead evolution of data models in the Modernization program

• Manage BI projects by setting goals and measuring progress

Requirements:

• 5+ years in Business Intelligence or analytics

• At least 2 years of management experience

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in relevant fields

• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills

• Experience with SQL, Power BI, and cloud platforms
