This position supports the continuous improvement of our digital and customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Align DCL strategy with enterprise growth objectives

• Create an integrated digital customer experience roadmap

• Translate performance metrics into actionable narratives

• Drive improvements through KPI monitoring and risk identification

• Conduct benchmarking to enhance customer capabilities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Business or related field; MBA preferred

• Experience in digital transformation and customer experience

• Proven track record in strategy and analytics

• Strong storytelling and influence skills

• Knowledge of AI in enhancing analytics and automation
