IT Consultant, IT Project Manager, Systems Analyst
Salary: £35,000 - 75,000 per year
Requirements:- Several years experience in Service Now design and development, preferably in a consulting environment
- Scripting skills such as JavaScript, HTML, XHTML, XML, CSS, AJAX, AngularJS highly advantageous
- Understanding of Service Management concepts, delivery assurance principles, and procedures
- High level of knowledge of the Service Now application and ideally experience of building custom applications and integrations with other platforms
- Service Now Certified Administrator certification (ideally)
- Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist certification (ideally)
- Service Now Application Developer certification (ideally)
- ITIL Foundation certification (ideally)
- Additional specialist Service Now certifications or experience such as HR, CSM, FSM, Service Portal, CMDB, SAM, Discovery, ITOM, ITBM, PPM would be an advantage
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to present solutions to customers, including senior management
- Highly focused on providing strong customer service
- Ability to work as part of a team or individually, while meeting project timelines
- Proactive, creative, and able to research solutions and make recommendations
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
- Ability to work from home and travel to client locations for meetings and workshops or work on client sites when required
- Part of a team of Service Now specialists delivering Service Now solutions to multiple customers
- Participating in client workshops and requirements gathering to build requirements and design solutions
- Advising and making recommendations on proposed solutions
- Developing defined solutions in Service Now to meet requirements to a high standard of quality, including configuration, scripting, testing, demonstrations to customers, UAT, and go-live support
- Mentoring and training more junior members of the team
- Producing documentation and training material for implemented solutions
