Transform customer onboarding at risr/ as a Remote Training and Implementation Specialist. Deliver impactful training and create documentation that enhances the user experience across Canada.

This full-time, permanent role focuses on guiding customers through the platform's onboarding process while ensuring their success. You'll work directly with clients to configure their systems, design learning resources, and minimize reliance on one-on-one support. Your mission is to create a seamless transition and empower users with practical knowledge and skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead onboarding and implementation from early discovery to launch

• Capture functional requirements for a smooth transition

• Design practical learning resources and documentation

• Enable self-service capabilities for customers

• Continuous improvement of onboarding materials based on feedback

Requirements:

• Experience in software system training or onboarding

• Ability to explain complex concepts clearly

• Strong communication skills in English

• Problem-solving skills and structured troubleshooting

• Experience creating user-focused learning materials
