Nestmed is seeking a Technical Customer Support Specialist focused on providing excellent support to clinicians across our AI platform. With a minimum of three years in technical support, you will address user issues, prioritize help requests, and work closely with product teams to enhance user experience. Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the first line of support via Zendesk
• Troubleshoot and resolve client issues promptly
• Categorize and triage support tickets for clarity
