Nestmed is seeking a Technical Customer Support Specialist focused on providing excellent support to clinicians across our AI platform. With a minimum of three years in technical support, you will address user issues, prioritize help requests, and work closely with product teams to enhance user experience. Your insight can make a significant difference in the clinical documentation landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the first line of support via Zendesk
• Troubleshoot and resolve client issues promptly
• Categorize and triage support tickets for clarity
• Translate insights from user feedback into actionable steps
• Collaborate with teams for a cohesive support process
Requirements:
• At least 3 years in technical customer support or similar
• Strong problem-solving and technical analysis skills
• Familiarity with healthcare systems and EHR/EMR
• Excellent communication for diverse audiences
• Adaptable to fast-paced environments
