Key Responsibilities:

• Define complex business issues with structured analyses

• Streamline data processing from collection to insights

• Detect trends in customer and product information

• Support pricing and growth analyses for Ever Pro

• Summarize findings into easy-to-understand recommendations

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of relevant experience, preferably in SaaS

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Familiarity with SaaS metrics and billing systems

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and critical thinking

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
