We are looking for an experienced Technical Specialist with profound knowledge in Oracle Fusion HCM for US Payroll support. This role involves configuring, implementing, and enhancing payroll solutions, requiring hands-on experience in payroll processing, taxation, and reporting. Strong collaboration with technical and business teams is essential for delivering scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure Oracle Fusion Payroll components and manage payroll runs

• Handle US payroll taxation and compliance for Federal, State, and Local taxes

• Develop Fast Formulas for payroll calculations and custom requirements

• Create payroll reports using OTBI and BI Publisher

• Conduct data migration using HDL tools

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field

• 5+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion US Payroll

• Strong knowledge of payroll legislation and compliance

• Hands-on experience with payroll reporting tools

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
