Your key responsibilities include automating workflows and data jobs across systems, developing extraction scripts, and ensuring system reliability for the Rally product. You'll also troubleshoot integration issues between Rally and Jira while collaborating with cross-functional teams to onboard business squads effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Automate workflows and synchronize data jobs between Rally and Jira

• Develop scripts for data extraction across various IT systems

• Ensure uptime and performance of Rally product IT systems

• Troubleshoot integration issues involving Rally and Jira

• Collaborate with stakeholders to onboard business squads

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and interaction methods

• Experience in API integration across IT systems

• Familiarity with JSON and various data formats

• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills

• Experience with Rally, Jira, and Connect all for synchronization
