In the Technology Support Technician position, you will manage all technology-related requests effectively. You'll work under pressure, ensuring that all requests are recorded in our ticketing system. Capable of learning quickly, you will also manage access to various technology platforms while ensuring timely resolution of requests.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process technology requests via tickets, phone, or in person
• Handle application support and access-related requests
• Escalate complex issues to specialized teams when needed
• Execute recurring tasks like report analysis and backups
• Liaise with vendors for request resolution and communication
Requirements:
• Degree in Computer Science or related field
• Must be bilingual in both English and another language
• Transportation industry knowledge is a bonus
• Excellent communication skills under pressure
• Organized and driven to learn new solutions
