Senior Oracle Support Consultant Remote

Buchanan Technologies is looking for a Senior Oracle Support Consultant to provide high-quality support on Oracle Applications, working remotely from the U.S. or Canada. This full-time position involves direct engagement with various clients to resolve complex issues.

In this senior-level role, you will leverage your extensive experience in Oracle Applications and troubleshooting to support multiple client environments effectively. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the stability and efficiency of Oracle systems, specifically focusing on integrations for Oracle Demantra and Configurator.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver senior-level Oracle Applications support

• Analyze and resolve complex technical issues

• Assist with Demantra and VCP integration challenges

• Collaborate with internal teams for effective solutions

• Conduct performance tuning and strategy improvements

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in multi-client Oracle support

• Proven experience in production support for Oracle Applications

• Hands-on experience with both Demantra and Configurator

• Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
