Your role will also encompass conducting gap analyses and facilitating workshops to foster collaborative project planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform needs analysis and identify problem statements

• Propose business solutions and process improvements

• Document requirements, workflows, and process maps

• Lead stakeholder workshops for strategic planning

• Collaborate on test plans and execution with project teams

Requirements:

• Fluent in English and French

• 3-5 years in Business Analysis, Project Management, or IT

• Knowledge of home and auto insurance operations

• Experience with testing and evaluations

• Ongoing commitment to process improvement certifications
