Key Responsibilities:

• Lead technical kick-off calls with customers

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years in IT Consultancy

• Strong troubleshooting abilities

• Experience in hardware and software installation

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce

• Familiarity with law enforcement technology and practices
