Lead DevOps Engineer FULY REMOTE

Lead Dev Ops Engineer (REMOTE) We are exclusively partnering with a global consultancy who are looking for a Lead Dev Ops Engineer to build a Dev Ops function from scratch. This is a rare opportunity to define the Dev Ops strategy, establish standards, and create the tooling, processes, and governance needed to support secure and scalable cloud platforms. Responsibilities Previous experience in building a Dev Ops function from the ground up is essential.

Set Dev Ops standards, policies, and governance Design and manage CI/CD pipelines (Azure Dev Ops, Power Platform, Fabric) Drive Infrastructure as Code and automation (Azure/Terraform/Bicep) Improve release, deployment, and environment management Own monitoring, logging, alerting, and incident response Support secure access and identity (Entra ) Work with engineering teams to take solutions into live production Champion Dev Ops culture and continuous improvement Skills and Experience Experience building or leading a Dev Ops function is essential Strong Azure experience (plus M365, Power Platform, Fabric) Hands-on CI/CD with Azure Dev Ops and/or Git Hub Infrastructure as Code experience (Terraform or Bicep) Experience supporting production systems and incident management Understanding of cloud security and governance Strong communication and stakeholder skills This is a fully remote role with an excellent opportunity to build a Dev Ops function from the ground up.
