Dasro is looking for a Senior Scrum Master to guide Agile teams in an AI-focused setting. Key Responsibilities:

• Coach teams on Agile practices and continuous improvement

• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives

• Manage AI project backlogs in collaboration with the Product Owner

• Mitigate risks and cross-workstream dependencies

• Report on Agile metrics to executives

Requirements:

• 8–10 years in Agile-Scrum roles

• Experience in AI or machine learning projects

• Capable of leading under experimental delivery models

• Authorization to work in Canada without restrictions

• Relevant Agile certifications are a plus
